License Grant

Vortiq ("the Software") is proprietary software owned exclusively by the Vortiq Team ("the Owner"). The Owner grants end users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Vortiq on authorized devices through the Solana Seeker Store.

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Software or any portion of it
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Create derivative works based on the Software
• Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the Software or any rights to it
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
• Use the Software for any commercial or unauthorized purpose

Intellectual Property

All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software — including all code, assets, graphics, audio, and gameplay systems — remain exclusively with the Vortiq Team. This License does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or trade names of the Vortiq Team.

No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE VORTIQ TEAM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE VORTIQ TEAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF VORTIQ, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
